Craig Chapman

Craig Chapman, current Board Chairman, brings a strong commitment to FCA’s principles of faith, commitment, and service, along with his lifelong athletic background, to the Loudoun FCA chapter. As a seasoned business strategist with deep ties to Loudoun’s technology community, Craig offers valuable leadership insights and a passion for developing student-athletes into future community leaders. A Board member for six years, he looks forward to advancing the mission to “Win the County for Christ” under Director Cliff Russell’s leadership in the 2026 season.
Craig is an alumnus of Randolph-Macon College and Virginia Commonwealth University. After moving to Northern Virginia, he quickly built relationships with national technology firms in IT, healthcare, and government. Married to Lauren Filar since 1998, the couple settled in Loudoun during its rise as a technology hub. Their sons, Jason and Eric, both competed as athletes at Riverside High School in Leesburg. Lauren’s strong Catholic upbringing has been a guiding influence in Craig’s commitment to supporting FCA, as has his sons’ commitment to community service both inside and outside Loudoun.
