Loudoun County Area Representative


Loudoun FCA is looking to hire Full-Time Area Representatives. Click here   to apply.


Qualified individuals should have a clear calling from God to minister to athletes and coaches, a servant’s heart and a passion for seeing lives changed through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He/she will help coordinate local camps and clinics in partnership with area churches and assist in the recruitment and positioning of volunteers. Applicants will be responsible for raising support through fundraising and community events, and help cultivate donors and partner with churches. The person hired for this position must model the FCA core values of integrity, serving, teamwork and excellence.

AREAS WE SERVE

FCA Area Representative

As an Area Representative for FCA, you will:

• Engage, equip, and empower Coaches and Athletes
• Serve and disciple your local sports community
• Make disciples who will, in turn, make disciples
• Organize, work, and direct local events and camps
• Raise funds and recruit within your local community
• Train and develop a wide variety of volunteers
• Communicate through weekly/monthly reports
• Experience significant growth in your personal faith
